Alisha Stoltz is the Transaction Coordinator at Resolute Investments. Alisha has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. She has been an integral team member who has executed an array of real estate transactions including but not limited to: ground-up mixed-use developments, shopping center redevelopments, retail leases, land acquisitions and assemblages, land sales, ground leases, build-to-suits, shopping center acquisition and dispositions, cellular tower leases, liquor license acquisitions, kiosk leases, short-term leases, and ATM deals. She has extensive experience with both national and local Landlord and Tenant representation. Alisha enjoys being part of a team and supporting those around her succeed!

Alisha moved to Denver from the Midwest 35 years ago. She is a proud single mom of two young adult sons, Austin and Cody. Alisha is one of the founding owners of a successful start-up wine bar here in Denver. She enjoys live music, reading, snowboarding, boating, nature walks, and can be found at most home games cheering on the Denver Broncos! She is passionate about living in Colorado and giving back to her community. She volunteers for multiple organizations, helping raise money and planning charity events.
