Jay Johnson is a Senior Broker for Resolute Investments. With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Jay is a highly accomplished broker specializing in strategic advisory services, landlord and tenant representation, investment purchases and sales, and portfolio management.

Jay is committed to delivering a personalized service model that aligns his clients’ real estate goals with their business and personal objectives. He has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases for tenants and landlords and has completed over $80 million in purchase and sale transactions throughout his career.

Primarily focused on the Denver Metro Area, Jay has executed deals in 35 states, leveraging his extensive network to provide nationwide support. His expertise spans various sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and self-storage.

Before joining Resolute, Jay served as the Director of Brokerage at VanWest Partners and held the position of Senior Vice President at Cresa Global.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He can often be found on the golf course, skiing, exploring rivers, or enjoying live music. A Denver native, he is also a devoted fan of the Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos.
