Sam Todora is an analyst with Resolute. Before joining Resolute, Sam served as an analyst for Ripple Capital Group, where he performed financial and market analyses for their acquisition and development opportunities. He sees real estate investments as opportunities to serve society by creating better places to live, work, and play. To him, these opportunities are puzzles waiting to be solved via proper financial analysis and planning.

Sam began his career in finance at Fisher Investments, working as a Junior Associate while pursuing his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas at Dallas. As a student at UTD, Sam developed a passion for commercial real estate and was actively involved in The Real Estate Club at UTD, serving as the Director of Digital Media & Marketing on the club’s board of directors. His experience in real estate analytics includes financial underwriting, due diligence, pro forma reporting, market research, property valuation, and budgeting. Sam graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, earning a BS in Finance and Economics with a Concentration in Real Estate Investment Management. He is married with a dog, Apollo, and two cats, Ellie and George. He enjoys hiking, skiing, working on his Jeep, and listening to music.
